How it works

  1. Open the app from the home menu—Safe / UnSafe acts, hazards, incidents, deep complaint audit, planned inspections, tasks, and more.
  2. Fill structured forms: areas, classifications, dates, descriptions, photos, and assignees—driven by your site configuration.
  3. For planned inspections, choose a PI checklist, then work through checkpoints with status, remarks, and responsibility.
  4. Save locally when offline; sync to the centralized platform when you are back online.
  5. Review and update items from task detail—same data on mobile and web for each user.

Mobile apps

RixSafe for iOS and Android is not published on the public App Store or Google Play yet. Please reach out to our team for how to get the apps, distribution options, and onboarding.
